We provide 2 specific services to meet your needs. 1. Home Care – We have a team of certified caregivers and nursing assistants ready to serve you in your home or wherever you live. 2. Assisted Living Placement – If staying home is no longer an option, we will assist you for FREE in finding an assisted living home or facility somewhere Rockville, Potomac, Bathesda, Chevy Chase and Surrounding Areas in Maryland!

How do I pay for Home Care services?

Home Care services are typically covered by private pay, though some long-term care insurance plans include coverage for home care. If you have an insurance policy and are unsure as to whether it covers these types of services, call us today! We are very experienced in working with insurance providers and can find out right away if you are covered.

How do I arrange for services?

I'm not sure what I need. Can you help?

Yes, our staff is trained to help you determine which services are needed, and how to best meet them. If we cannot help your family, we have a strong relationship with many local service providers and can provide a referral as needed. Our goal is to help your family, quickly and successfully.

What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m. but we literally have staff on-call 24 hours/day so don’t hesitate to call if you need help!

How much notice do you need to send someone?

We don’t need any notice! Our team of care managers are on the clock 24 hours/day and ready to assist when you are ready!

What happens when my caregiver needs time off?

When your caregiver requests time off, we send in a relief caregiver with similar experience to cover for the primary caregiver. They may also request a weekend relief or a few days off after several weeks of work. Sometimes the caregiver prefers no regular time off. If the caregiver gets sick, we will replace them quickly. You will never be left alone that is our guarantee.

Do you require a long-term contract?

Absolutely not! We believe in being there for you when you need us and whenever that time comes to an end, you just let us know!

Can I interview the caregivers first?

We allow an introduction to our caregiver. Our company is responsible for screening, hiring, managing and scheduling the caregivers so you don’t have to shoulder that burden. We have found this to be a very successful model as caregivers who interview well, may not be the most suitable person to care for your loved one or to meet your family’s needs. If, after meeting your caregiver, you decide it’s not the best fit, we will make a change immediately until the you are completely satisfied.

Do you accept weekly payments?

Yes. Our billing cycle is on weekly basis for your convenience and we will set you up on electronic billing so that you don’t need to hassle with mailing in a check.

Do you bill before or after services are rendered?

We bill after services are rendered for your peace of mind.

How much does it cost for assisted living placement?

Our service is absolutely FREE! We will meet with you, tour with you, negotiate on your behalf, and help you finalize all of the paperwork in selecting an assisted living facility or home.
